Did 50 miles around Chew Valley and the Mendips with NO issues.

I'm a bit stiff and achy but TYP performed perfik.

My brain beat my right wrist into submission, but wrist has demanded a re-match.

Thanks all. Been a hard slog.

I have several age related probs + several old sports related injuries which are catching up.

Bike is on the highway as well.

Can only manage 20 mins or so at a time, need the weather as well.

Spares hard to source but got there in the end. What did we do pre internet ??

Sadly all to often perfectly salvageable bikes were stuck in sheds and forgotten about never to see the light of day again just because a small but important part couldn't be found.
