Did anyone see the accident on the M4 this morning around 12 o'clock? Not part of the 'Hoggin the Bridge' Rideout. Tailback to the second Severn Crossing Toll booths. Lots of bikes around, police and emergency services. I do hope that the bikes were not involved in the accident. :( Richard
