Hi
I'm after some advice.
I started my bike in the garage put it in 1st cold and it stalled.
I've adjusted the cable quite a bit but it makes no difference.
I've warmed the bike up as I normally would before I ride it and it's still the same.
If I push it in gear with the clutch in there is some resistance which won't go away even if I fully adjustable the cable for maximum clutch.
Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers

Side stand not fully retracting, switch dodgy. By pass it and see.

when did you ride it last?
any problems felt when you rolled it into the garage?
mechanically
sounds like the plates are sticking, what oil have you used?
another possibility is frayed cable.

if it was ok when you last rode it, you shouldn't have the need to adjust the cable. has the cable been replaced or lubricated?
always presuming back wheel hasn't been removed or if it has , been put I out of line.
as Burbler says, electronically, there could be a couple of cut out switches, sidestand or clutch, maybe even brake. any of these could cut engine.

Hi
I've sorted it now, I warmed the bike up for a good while and it's back to normal now.

If it's been a while since your last ride could be plates sticking. Rubber bands to hold the lever in, give it an hour or two, try again.
