Just watched the trailer for the latest bike film to hit the big screen.
Doesn't look bad at all.

Rats! if I was about I'd go to this. I recall a bunch of WBr's going to the cinema a year or two back :)

Not many cinemas showing it! My nearest is 30 miles away and they want £13.50 a ticket :(

It released about two weeks ago for one night only in cinemas and a week after to DVD. Saw the DVD last night and thought it was good.
Some have moaned that parts of it are on Youtube but I enjoyed it.
Don't think Lorenzo comes out of it looking sweet as he moans about other riders cutting him up but then does just the same when he needs too. There was a fair bit on SIC, a very sad loss.
Pity I missed it on the big screen as it would have been much better.

The link Mitch put up works well.
A bit too much on Sic58 for my liking.
Obviously it was tragic but I felt like they were making him out to be a better rider than he was just to make for more compelling viewing.
Much like Guy Martin, the media were drawn to him but maybe not for the right reasons.

World Premier of the film was at Silverstone at the MotoGP in the F1 wing building. We were off to get a beer and got invited in by some of the promotors.
The offer of free beer and food persuaded us.
A lot of the invited celebrities never turned up - including Brad Pitt

All sat down for the big screen movie and had to endure a few speeches at the beginning.
At 2 hours and 15 minutes it was a tad too long - basically an interesting motorcycle racing film for the die hard fan.
Its a film with no end - it tells the story of a period of Motogp racing. Another season has gone by the time it appeared.

Then had to endure a question and answer session with the director on stage about the making of the film.
