Nothing spectacular in content... but the pictures alright.

Not bad for 130 quid... I would recommend it. However I wouldn't risk the sticky pad to stick the mount to your lid.

Colour is better than the SJ. That road up to Ludgershall and on to Andover is right bugger for lorries now, you'd be better off in future heading down to and through Tidworth and joining the 303 there.

Yeah its not bad. I played with the colours a little... not much though I have to say. I gave it a bit of depth, bit of vignetting. I went through that way to see of there is anyone I know. Spotted an old mate through Weyhill where I grew up. The SJ isn't bad you know.

Why is it blurry at the top and bottom?

I tried to add a bit of depth to it. It works to a fashion if I could have kept my f**kin head still. :)

Keeping your head still makes for a good video but very poor riding.
What editing software do you use?

Hahaha you're not wrong there fella. I use FCPX on my Mac and Premiere Pro on my PC. For grading I use different plug ins.

Is it the 2, or the original air pro? I got one a couple of months back, when Staples were doing them for £50, already have a Muvi HD, but wanted a bullet cam for helmet. The 3m pads are solid on the side of an Arai, just heat them up with hairdryer and use cotton to slice them off, then lighter fluid if any glue residue. What i don't like is the wind noise on mine, at least on the Muvi, i can put in waterproof case to stop that.

Its the air pro lite. wind noise doesnt overly bother me... however, glue a bit of furr over the mics holes should stop that - maybe thats something I could experiment with... I used a bit of no more nails cut to shape in the end.

Might try that, fyi someone also posted a vid on youtube on how to add an external mic, but needs opening up, so i won't try. I think the pro2 comes with a mic jack, but £50 vs £200, i can live with it.

Really Mitch - I'll have a look for that I kinda like tinkering with stuff... I'm guessing the fur breaks up the wind, they have them on telly mics it's a furry wind gag, I'm guessing it should work the same way?

Here is how to do it on an SJ.... your disassembly will be different but the actual removing old mic and soldering on new should be similar. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N9MPZD5s30I

Nice one WR, have you tried this Mod yourself?

I plan too. I took apart my old (non sj) cam and my SJ yesterday to eye up how easy/hard it would be. It appears straightforward, clipping the old mic off and just soldering 2 wires. The part for the SJ that the video does not do and has me thinking is how to then create a hole in the separate waterproof case and keep it at least "weatherproof".

Only issue I've come across so far is finding the right jack, though I've only looked briefly on eBay. A low profile panel mount like this is needed http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1-8-3-5mm-MONO-AUDIO-FEMALE-JACK-PANEL-MOUNT-VINTAGE-AUDIO-SYNTH-X6-/131218598391?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item1e8d3ce9f7 but I'm dammed if I'm paying £13 for one from the US, all the UK jacks of that type seem to be 1/4" (6.5mm) not the 1/8" needed. The chunkier things for sale with the plastic bodies on them I don't think would be an easy fit. They must be sold somewhere just it's low down on my to-do list.

What about a small two prong latch plug connector? even smaller profile than a jack plug, you can hot glue the hole that the cables come out of making it water proof... just a thought.

Sounds plausible, unfortunately it's dropped very low on my to do list now, the ZZR crapped out on me yesterday.
