Motorbike Parking - Devizes, Market Sq

Anybody noticed that the motorbike parking zone in the Market carpark is surrounded by car bays and has no entrance or exit in for bikes ??

There is a dropped curb on the route into the square on the right. You just ride across the path there. Avoiding knocking down old ladies as you do so :)
