180 Tyre on Stock 2003 rear???

Need advice can you fit a 180 tyre on a 2003 sporty without any major mods.
I understand you will need new rim and fender also convert to chain drive is this correct.
Help please!!!

Standard tyre 130/90 R16 on a Harley XL1200 Custom 2003.

Looking at going for 16 x 5.5 in rim with a 180/60 R16 Tyre without modifying swinging arm...but understand i will need 8 in fender and convert belt drive to chain drive.

That's the plan but not sure if it's correct.

I know of step ups from a 190 to 200 profiles without much problem, other than maybe having to remove or replace the rear wheel hugger. Is it a usual change option for your bike model?
