I too am a new rider and have the same bike (same colour too). From what people have told me they are a great first bike and even though I've not been able to get many miles under my belt judging by what I have managed, I do agree.

Have to agree with the smooth and responsive difference, made the bike I learned on seem clunky when I got on my own.

Welcome to both of you. My first big bike was a CBR600F as well, mine was a yellow and black on, pretty much all black up front and yellow at the back.

Was the perfect thing to get used to throwing a bigger bike around.

hi yeah was out on sunday on a test ride just changed my spark plugs and oil wow!!!! what a difference cant wait till the summer and late evenings cant wait till the meet ups cheers lee
