Had a few hours spare this afternoon and as it was dry i took the FZ8 out for a spin. Headed out along the A350, joined the A303 and headed west for a couple of miles before turning on to B3092, the sun was out the traffic was light and all was good in my world, i was having so much fun when i arrived at Frome i decided to turn left on to the A361 instead of right for home and carried on to Shepton Mallet, i took the A37 for a bit then on to the A367, this chariot had many more horses than those from long ago and in no time i was in Radstock , from there it was a quick shuffle along the A362 & A366 and on to the A36 heading south before rejoining the A350 and back home .
It was a fantastic ride with no drama's from other road users to spoil it. Close to home i had the pleasure of riding along side a Barn owl that was flying along the nearside verge for about 100 yards , he went straight on at the roundabout and i turned left , a most beautiful creature.:)
