how much effort it is to ride a dirt bike, was out on my kxf for the first time in around 2 month at grittenham on a Alex Snow training day and boy do I ache. couldn't get out the bath on Saturday with cramp and am now walking like john wyne around work. think its time to sort my fitness out and get the dirt bike out more often seeing as the gixers all tucked up in the garage and dosent look like it will be out anytime soon.

matt , wasn't to bad if you weren't wearing your goggles think there was only about 12 or so on the track, and hes expert level rider so he has no trouble getting around folk like me ;)
