Hello,

I'm Ed, only recently moved to the area so thought this would be a good way to meet a few people round here. Been riding for about a year and a half and regret not taking my test sooner!

Currently ride a ZZR600, the MOT is due in couple weeks and wondered if anyone has had any experiences with Steve Lynhams? Obviously having only just moved here I've no idea who's good and who's bad round here so suggestions will be welcomed.

I've used Steve Lynhams many moons ago for tyres and all was very good, I'm sure others on here will have used him for MOTs :)

Hi Ed welcome to WB :cool: Steve Lynham is a good bloke I always use them for tyres etc and he always does my MOT's it's his son who does the tests and I cant recommend them highly enough.

Morning Ed, I'm fairly new as well. There is also Stratton Service Station on Ermin Street. They are both bikers, family business. We take, car, bike and Trike there.

Hi good time of year to get mot as there's winter rates if work needs doing keep going there and you might be able to haggle a few quid of parts there always busy but could fit in a job quickly just hope you make it back in one piece epic bike by the way.

Cheers guys, just thought I would say the zzr has come off the road for the time being but I did get a Transalp MOT'd at Steve Lynhams and they seemed a good bunch in there.

Morticia would be good to meet up at some point with someone that knows the local roads as I've just been riding out in directions at random recently.
