My God. Are they struggling for news? I should bloody well hope that they stop anyone not wearing a helmet or riding dangerously. If the B**tards didn't nick the bikes in the first place it wouldn't be such an issue. What a ridiculous piece of journalism.

Tragic to hear of the deaths, i doubt it was the helmet- less bike nicking chavs who were the victims tho, and it seems like a very thinly veiled excuse to ramp up stopping bikes for very little or no reason.

Uh, just a thought. How about targeting the helmetless bike thieves?

Hang on though. Bristol is Labour isn't it.
They'll probably start handing out free helmets to the little scrotes instead!

Nice to see the Police will be stopping any motorcyclist riding dangerously, no one can possibly argue with that, but what is 'driven dangerously?' Must have increased their numbers rapidly to be able to do this. If they can stretch to stopping all the dangerously driven 4 wheelers as well it would be just fantastic - I'm sure they would have stopped that **** who nearly had a head on with me driving into the road where I live last night - head down reading something on his lap whilst negotiating parked cars, nice one matey
