Pretty much its a standard trike that has a wheelchair lift fitted to hold the chair at the back once the rider who has lost use of his legs gets on the trike.

You can see some brilliant adaptations at NABD rallies. We are going to a NABD rally at Enstone airfield, Oxon 1st weekend in September. There is some really good stuff out there.
