Squeak/Rattle over bumps

Hello, I've just bought a 1999 cbr 600f, when riding over any rough ground or small bumps there is a squeaky rattling noise coming from somewhere around the head bearing... Any ideas what it may be?
The bike has just passed an MOT and doesn't appear to have any play in the steering.

Problem solved! It was my petrol tank rubbers- they're knackered!

I was going to say fuel tank. Had similar on the old Dream.
