Evening all,
Just joined this evening after being steered this way by R1chie. I am up on the Wilts/Glos border, near Castle Combe so just about count as a WB.
Looking forward to being part of the forum, but with family and work committments, may not get much opportunity for ride-outs.
Bike wise, I am lucky to have a few. I have a Kawasaki 1400GTR in a rather fetching metallic brown for the commute to Newbury, another Kawasaki (ZX10R) for going round in circles quickly, and I still have my previous commuter (Triumph Trophy) that I managed to re-model slightly courtesy of a deer.
Anyway, just saying hello.
Martin.

Yep, Still got the 10 Richie. Love that bike, despite it's hugh jarse. Needed a Brembo 19RCS and ZZR1400 calipers to overcome its desire to maintain momentum, but properly sorted now. Had a lovely 3 days at Portimao on it recently, and it was a superb tool for the job. Seeing 186 on the clock down the straight was scary, being passed by the blokes with real talent at the end of the straight was even scarier.
@BB, since hitting said four legged creature, I have been regaled with many stories of people coming off very badly against deer competition. I think I was lucky, perhaps the deer was a mere young'un, but it just damaged one fairing panel and bent the forks. I even stayed upright thankfully.
Anyway, waffling now ::)
Martin.
