:) Hi everyone,

A mid life crisis last year saw me return to biking last summer after many many years. In September I went and got myself a new shiney Triumph which was fab. Unfortunately, I had a little issue with a pothole at the end of October which saw me end up first in a ditch and then in hospital. :'(

Thankfully both me and the bike are all recovered and whilst I have not had much time to get back on the bike I am looking forward to getting back on the road.

Was very pleased to find this website as I am really looking forward to meeting up with local like minded bikers.

Pot holes and diesel spills are the curse for all bikers. >: Welcome to WBF. Good to hear you are back in the saddle :) I'm also fairly new to this Forum and everyone seems friendly enough and will give advice if required on most subjects.

Thanks for all the kind welcomes. Managed to get a few miles back on the bike this weekend and it was great. A little cold on the fingers but other than that it was great to be out in the sun. :)

Hi Mikkie,
At the moment the Feb ride out is looking unlikely due to family commitments which I am unhappy about but don't tell the wife :-X

Really looking forward to other opportunities to meet up.
