Hi Peeps,

New to biking having passed in August, winter ridings no fun but hope it gets better in the summer.

Stupid question but can i just turn up at this wednesdays meet in Gastard?

also i'd love to try the ride out to Broadway, does it matter that i'm not a demon in the corners (yet?) and haven't meet you yet?

Don't know any other bikers at the moment so am looking for somewhere to start.

Hi Dan, firstly, welcome to Wiltshire bikers, :)
The Wednesday meet is open to everyone, it's always well attended by a friendly group of bike enthusiasts, come along and intruduce yourself,ride your bike if the weather is OK, you'll always get a warm welcome, :)
Most of Wiltshire Bikers members will be wearing hoodies, or t shirts with their forumnames on, so you will probably recognise a few names!!
Plus sample a famous "smellyburger" that Stacey and his ever smiling crew serve up... they're delicious!! ;D

You're also welcome to join us on rideouts, provided you ride a bike 125cc or bigger. Don't worry about not being a demon on corners!! you'll be looked after, and won't get lost because of the marker system we operate on rideouts.
come along to a meet or Sunday's rideout!! :) :)

Hello and welcome Dan, it's really hard meeting new people, especially if you're shy as well but we are all very friendly and will make you feel very welcome! :) Also, as Toph said, all are welcome on the rideouts, we cater for all abilities and it's very good for gaining confidence. Have a read of the rideout rules at the top of the meets and rideouts thread.

Come along on Sunday! The mmarker system lets you ride at your own pace. I am not a demon on the straights neither, don't worry!
