Cant quite make out from the photo if the screw is tapered or parallel thread. If tapered, can get new from Halfords ( found with grommets, electrical connectors etc). For parallel threaded clips try most kit car builder mags for trim suppliers. Or pay a visit to a scrap yard, should have a good supply of that type of clip on most cars.

Try South West Fasteners, they're on an industrial estate near the Oasis (Hawkesworth?) in Swindon. They seem to have every fixing under the sun.

Also try Wessex Fasteners in old town they are pretty good for odd bolts.

Do you mean Phoenix Motorcycles? I BELIEVE they are sposed to be quite good... Yamaha dealers.
