i have the rear brake assembly off for the strip down of bike etc

anyway...i have this atm http://a2.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/297461_10150322905247087_569462086_8246338_1294267 767_n.jpg

the rubber has a hole in it and i wanted the cylinder p-coated... but i cannot see a way of removing the plunger and spring from the cylinder.

the inlet from fluid res has a circlip around it...so im assuming that would come out.

are these "re-buildable"?

cheers

Remove the rubber boot from the main shaft, this will give you access to a circlip inside, once this is out you can remove the shaft, piston, seals etc... :)

BUY

A

HAYNES. ;)

Cheap enough secondhand on ebay, saves a lot of guesswork. :P
