CBR Engine Swap

Afternoon, Looking to swap out the F2 engine in my 91 CBR for an F3 engine from a 95. The engine its self is a simple swap, the olny thing im looking for an answer on is does anyone know if the wiring harness will require modification (i know they are different but dont understand why as the engine is self appears to be identical pretty much). Also i have read but not found a definative answer regarding the carbs and air box needing work/changing?

Has anyone done this or know anyone who has done this?
