View Full Version : Handle bars
Can anyone recommend a good place to buy a new set of handlebars?
I tried Stevens but the ones they had didn't have enough lift?
I want some alloy ones with 100mm lift. I know there are plenty on ebay but I'd rather see them before buying them.
Thanks

Try the handlebar shop. ;D ;D ;D ;D
Bit of a journey for you but Hayballs in Salisbury have a couple on the wall.

You've just been convinced to buy some by all the Handlebar adverts on TV. ;D
Haven't owned a bike with handlebars since I was 12.
What about fitting a riser?
Check out a bike show or custom shop

Good excuse for a ride :)
Thought about bike shows but need some soon as my bars are rusty
Have you tried looking here? (http://www.renthal.com/File/apps1.asp?tabtype=5&productid=0&appid=ROAD&zone=&b iketype=&manufacturer=&model=&bikedate=)
Thanks I'd like some of them but want to have a look at them in a shop first rather than buy online

Fowlers do Renthals.
Have a look on Renthals' site, they have all the measurements of lift/pullback etc listed. Mike has a pair of black Renthals in the garage going begging - cheaper than new anyway!
Hi Julie
Looking at the measurements I want high road
What has Mike got??
