I was caught napping by a bloke with a hair dryer possibly in a van in Chippenham. 45 in a 30 limit! Oops!

Any ideas what I can expect to recieve as Ive had to send in a form and not been given an automatic fixed penality notice.

Usually if it's 1.5 times or more the speed limit then it will be refered to court.

B4158 Malmesbury Road Southbound. Looking at the picture I THINK the van must of been parked on the window & conservatory show room site. I never saw a thing! You cant even see the brake lights on the car so I wasnt even slowing down for it. They quite often have vans parked on the site (I think its D.L.Windows?) so I didnt think twice about a van being there!

Update!

Had a letter from those nice Police men in Devizes who say if I pay them £60 & I give them my licence they will only put 3 points on it!!!
