Dont do mouldy cheese, if it smells like feet has veins or is blue its mouldy cheese. Good old cheddar no matter the taste is yum :)

I am partial to a bit of cheese in my salads; today brie and mature cheddar, in a few days I’m off to southern Italy so will be sampling some nice local cheese in my antipasti (just google it, your mouth starts watering)

As for mild cheddar, I leave it on the shelf in the shops

have you tired a strong cheddar with chilli jelly (http://www.mybelazu.com/details/smoked-chilli-jelly.html)!!! that is the best - anyone who hasnt tried it should give it a go sounds wierd buts tastes good [smiley=happy.gif]

We get some from the local farm shop. Cheddar with fresh cut chillies in it. Toilet roll in the fridge job

We get our Cheddar with chillies from White Row Farm, Beckington, Frome, Somerset BA11 6TN on the A36 between Warminster and Bath

It's a very good farm shop. Lots of choice.
