I finally decided enough was enough and stopped smoking on 21st Jan 10 at 21:21.

I went to the Wiltshire Stop Smoking drop in clinic at Westbury Hospital and after a short chat decided to go for NRT in the form of patches and an inhalator all on prescription.

Coming up 20 days now and I have already moved down to the stage 2 patch and I do feel a lot better for it. [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

Well done mate. I stopped in Nov 08 and have never looked back. Just think of all the bike extras you can buy now with the spare cash [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

A great screen. I put one on my MT-01 last year. Worth every penny.

I smoke because I'm still hoping it will stunt my growth ;D
Anyway where will all the money come from to fill in the potholes if they don't use the duty from cigarettes.

Well done Bob - keep it up. I had my fifth anniversary last week - it is the best wrong I have ever put right! Great idea to give yourself a prezzie with the extra cash - good incentive.

Well done Bob. I gave up five years ago, when my first boy came along. I instantly gained a stone and a half in weight which I've never shifted. But I just think 'sod it', the wife's got baggage now... ;D

Me or Bob? I haven't had a sneaky one for four years. Had the odd one in the first year of giving up, then decided to make it stick the following year. Not one since... [smiley=happy.gif]

I've not had a sneaky one since I stopped, just don't think about it now ;D I am struggling a bit with the weight though, I'm equally determined to shift the baggage.
