I love watching britains got talent!the auditions are the best bit cox they are so funny!I went to see them in Birmingham last year and it's quite good-even got on the telly :P I did hve to see the burlesque woman lose her nipple tassle though!scarred me for life!lol!

I eat like a fatty but I have managed to keep my youthful looks and a 28" waist. Not bad for someone who's pushing 30 although people keep telling me it's all downhill from then :'(

My secret's being in the forces, they feed me upto 6000 calories in the field and then make me do phys all the time >:(

Exercise is the key! [smiley=thumbsup.gif] I work out most mornings in the gym to allow a substantial alcohol intake! ;D Although apparently the calories in wine don't count ;D

Exercise is the key. I do about 2 hours in the gym doing cardio and weights and usually go for a run when I finish work.

I don't drink, because I don't have the time, and I don't tend to eat junk food either ;)
