2010 Highlights/2011 Hopes

I put this on my facebook status as well, but what are your 2010 highlights? What are you looking forward to in 2011?

Highlights:
*Moving to Swindon
*Passing my bike test and buying the bike
*Payrise at work
*Making it to 28 without being killed!
*Getting Rolo (puppy) and seeing him grow up and bond with Rossi (cat!)
*Started the wedding plans!
*End of an era for Rossi on the Yamaha


Hopes:
*Can't wait for the Ron Haslam track day
*My wedding! (that probably shouldn't be second in the list!)
*That Dave will buy some new shows as I'm bored of the same repeats of Top Gear
*Seeing Rossi on the Ducati
*Hopefully starting a family
*Promotion at work!
*Getting my knee down succesfully!
*Some great ride outs with the WBers [smiley=thumbsup.gif]
*Trip to Wales, and hopefully making it off the reserve list for the Cornwall trip

Hmmm, let's see...

2010 Highlights
* WB trip to Wales in June
* Some other great trips with WB (Hog Roast(Not!) ride-out, several trips to Weymouth, the one to Wantage etc.)
* Making new mates on WB
* Two good new WB venues (Poledance and Fart & Clown)
* Spending nine days on track this year and doing CSS levels I & II
* Great week of off-roading in Spain
* Star finally getting an off-roader that fits the bill (and starts!)
* Spending a great 4-day break in Paris last weekend
* Getting a great new cat
* Great 10-day break in Cyprus (need to rent off-roaders there next time!)
* Getting a new off-roader [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

Hopes for 2011
* The Spanish off-road trip works out ok
* Rossi gets up to speed on the Ducati to compete with Stoner and Lorenzo
* Wins for Cal Crutchlow in MotoGP and the British lads in the other classes
* British WSB champion
* Star and the WBs enjoy the Ron Haslam day
* A great summer, dry and warm for months! 8-)
* Nobody I know gets hurt on a bike
* All the WB fledgelings pass their tests! [smiley=thumbsup.gif]
* Lots of top WB ride-outs, especially Wales :)

2010 Highlights .....

Getting engaged in April ... YAY!
2 shiny new motorbikes (see pic to left)
2 weeks on the gorgeous island of Phuket (thats Thailand to those geographically challenged among you )
Meeting you lot (we had to say that )
Getting our bunnies , Arai and Suomy
Having another fantastic 12 months together in our new home
Giving Lisa's Mam a fab surprise 60th Birthday that she won't ever forget!]
The NEC in Brum and getting Kaz her new exhaust and hugger
Pending .... This Christmas :)
Kaz moving jobs to a happier hospital

2011 Hopes....

Lisa ... that invisible never coming 3rd stripe
Both Winning the lottery! (not just a tenner!)
More time off together with as much happiness as we have now (say aw again !!!!)
No more injured or dead servicemen and women coming back from Afghanistan or other war zones (We've more chance of winning the lottery sadly!)
Brad Smith or Danny Webb winning Moto2
A brit top 3 in the WSB Championship
Just an all round great year for everyone we know and love [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

2010 HIGHLIGHTS

1, Buying my very first bike (Pez)
2, Riding it
3, 5 horses bike run with Bath Classics
4, Being made up to one of the Events Team
5, Getting though another year without too many problems (altho Kev being made redundant twice in a year isnt brilliant)
6, Passing my theory (on my birthday)
7, Cornwall trip
8, Meeting so many new WBers
9, to have lost almost 3 stone in weight

2011 HOPES
1, A good job for Kev
2, everyone to stay safe and have great riding trips
3, to do my DAS and pass
4, to get a big bike
5, to be able to 'make a difference'
6, to make my wages go further or win a nice little pot of money hehe
7, to be able to have a 'proper' holiday
8, to lose more weight

Cant think of anymore at the mo...but may add more as I think of them hehe ;D ;D ;D ;D
