Workshop Location for a model shoot

Hi all

I'm looking for a workshop or similar setting for a shoot with a model for some portfolio shots, and maybe a bike to go along with it.
if anyone has access or know of such place that would be ok with usinf it for a shoot, then I would very much appreciate it.
