I am actually quite impressed. I lost my photocard license on a recent business trip so I applied on line on Wedneday night for a replacement and it arrived in the post on Saturday morning. Even better my motorcycle entitlement was still on it.

Result and a happy customer, not sure if they get that many :-)

Ive heard they like to remove bike entitlements... :P

Im going to have to send mine in in a few weeks for an address change and to add my car license (when i get it) going to make sure i photocopy it and get all my pass cert's out :P

Ideally you should get a certified copy.
You might find someone in the biking community can certify it for you.

I was very impressed last year with them as i gave them quite a complicated case and they dealt with it very efficiently..
change a French Licence to an English one
change of name
provisional bike licence addition..

all in one application...nothing was lost and done very quickly..amazing !!
