Help needed! Metal detector anyone??????

Conservatory was awash with water when I got back from my ride today. Leaking from somewhere but no plans show the drainage access cover. Anyone got a metal detector so I can locate the manhole cover underneath her very nice tiles???!!!

Why do you want to access the cover? If it's blocked then just rod it from the next man-hole or rodding eye. It should be a sealed unit anyway so can't see how it's coming from the man-hole. Got any pics?
