Driving back from Wales on the M4, in the distance I could Blue light flashing thinking the worst ::) >:(

To my amazement as I got closer, there was a Police car following a man riding his Bicycle on the hard shoulder. As I got closure they had stopped him, would love to know his excuse. :D :D

I saw one on the M4 coming out of london a few weeks ago

me - i'd like to report a cycle riding down the hard shoulder
operator - is there someone with it
me - bikes don't tend to ride themselves

and on it went.

she had to be the most stupid incident controller i've ever had the misfortune to speak to
