Insider wanted for Fairford Air Display

my brother is going to be 40 on saturday, and will be at the fairford air display.
it would be really good if anyone on here could arrange for his name to be sent out over the PA system, and wishing him a happy birthday from his 6 week old daughter "Poppy"...

do we have any insiders who may be able to arrange this?????.....
