The thing I find funny about things like this, if they'd just paid out in the first place they would probably save one hell of a lot of money in the long term xD 2 years of having it passed arround an office and whatnot!

£2.50 :D

Don't know the figures but I do know how serious your injuries are and ongoing so, bearing in mind, payouts for minor stuff would think you have every right to hang out for a considerable compensation considering the dopey mare was totally at fault and the cause of your life changing injuries. Good Luck JD mate ;)

p.s. This has gone on too long now so demand it is resolved asap :)

I'd definitely be asking for them to pay for the lipo brought on by your sedentary lifestyle that was enforced on you since the accident JD ! I mean all that Kebab Comfort Eating you ended up doing as a way of calming your nerves and getting over the trauma of the accident .... ;)

Seriously tho , great news and I hope its not drawn out any longer than it has been already :)

jonnydangerous
01-08-11, 04:26 PM

Will be good to draw a big fat line under all this at the end of the day. Awful thing to happen and then to have to wait this long for a result is disgusting especially as you were not at fault. >:(

Whatever amount you end up getting, I am sure it will be a tiny contribution towards all the pain, time missed, surgery/recovery, non bike days and general pain in the ass it's all been so I hope you get a massive payout babe. :)
