Had it already but for me it was a glass of water and yoghurt Special K (cos it was on offer last night in Tesco ;D ;D) - it's alright actually.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.....after lunch and dinner.
Skipped it this morning but just grabbed a chocolate croissant and a crappucino from a stall in Fishponds and very nice it was too!
(I know that the first thing you eat is strictly breakfast before any of you smart arses comment)

Toasted wholemeal muffin.
Bacon and egg roll.
Two cups of really good black coffee. :)
Only on Friday's though. :(

Seems I joined the party a little bit late ;D,

microwaved English muffin (sounds horrible but I love it!) and a nice black coffee.

Ideal start to the day would be full English with a cup of tea followed by a good old smoke, HEALTHY or what :) :)

2 coffees followed by a nicotine chewing gum whilst I count the contents of my free NHS cardboard money box. £200 now in 8 weeks without a ciggy. [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

firstly try n surface then a cuppa maybe a some egg n bacon on toast. but if feeling adventurous garlic mushrooms too yummy, (only weekends though) :)
