The one with the wing is a Plymouth Superbird. It had a nose cone with pop-up headlights, and was designed with NASCAR in mind. The Dodge Daytona and Plymouth Superbird cleared up in the early '70's, being the first cars to clock over 200mph.

My three cars would be:

'68 Hemi Dodge Charger.
'66 AC Cobra 427.
The last Lambourghini Muira.

Bikes:

'98 Yamaha R1.
'95 Ducati 916SP.
Yamaha RD350LC.

You're thinking of the Boss Hoss mate. Saw one in the States last year, running a 5.7 litre V8. They do make a 7.5 litre version though. Sounded great. I wouldn't want to ride it though. It runs a wide car rear tyre, so forget cornering... ::)
