silly question but I'm assuming you're using BT for your broadband? :-[
if it's phone line then the upload could well be about right but the download seems awful. if you give them a call then they can tell you if you are receiving too many error packets down your line as you should only be getting a few every minute
Blame it on the olympics....
Don't blame it on the sunshine.. Don't blame it on the moonlight.. Blame it on the boogie.... :-?

Correct using BT Broadband, not had an issue before with speed of the broadband. Contacted help desk ::) He ran a tes & confirmed the speed was poor & passed over to the engineering dept who are looking into the "Issue". Said to give them 48 hours to fix the matter. :)

Your sat within inches of a server. :P
I'm not...I just have fibre broadband at home :)
You can all count yourselves lucky. As I live in the sticks I'm over 11kms from the nearest digital exchange and we're still running aluminium wire's from the 1940's for our phone lines. I'm lucky to get 0.5mbs and that would have to be at 3am or so due to the traffic on the connection. Its always an interesting conversation I have with BT when they phone up and offer me 8mbs to switch and then I ask them to guarantee that speed........
