Not trying to be funny as we had some of these on the solo Bonneville but they do protect a large part of the engine/cases in a drop

to be honest those engine bars look pretty nice regardless of protection - make the engine look a bit wider

They do look good and if the quality is still the same the chrome plating was excellent. Easy to fit, better with two people to tighten the bolt under the carbs/injectors

Carefull with enginge protector bars, they can move the damage to the frame. I suggest you ask others here for more advice.

My bust arm has stopped hurting now, 1.5 wks to almost no pain. Hang in there.
