My post was a reference to the runaway schoolgirl and her math’s teacher. On reflection, I don’t think my comments were very tactful.

It’s obviously too late to retract the post and If I have offended anyone on here I offer my sincere apologies. It is certainly no excuse, but I was partying till late and consumed too many sherbets – should have kept well clear of the keyboard.

I do feel for the young girl though – her head must be full of mixed emotions.
