Just wondering if anyone here is interested in taking up Karate?
It's a great way to keep fit while learning how to defend yourself.
I have been practising Shotokai Karate for about 7 years in total.
My Instructors are Dawn Dunn, 4th Dan Black Belt and Steve Lucas (4th Dan Black Belt).
Steve's a biker and owns a XJR1300, XT600, XXR600 and a Kawasaki 1100
Classes are 7.30 pm Monday nights at Trowbridge Judo Club which is in Innox Rd. First session is free then it's £5 a time.
Classes are open to both male and females.

Shotokai Karate is a style, which emphasises a relaxed body with fluid movement, strong spirit and deep understanding. We are not competition orientated, nor do we shout or break bricks. We encourage movement and timing with correct body condition to build a formidable system of defence.
Have you ever fancied having a go at a martial art, but were unsure how to go about it?
Here’s your chance, if you are over sixteen years of age, why don’t you come and join Dawn to learn Shotokai karate and have some fun in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Just wear something loose, a tee-shirt and jogging bottoms are ideal. The first taster session is free!
