Hello all, been a few weeks since I last posted on here...

Slipped my disk some time ago and it took a turn for the worst, just had an injection in my back and all appears right again :) (for the timebeing)

Had my new bike sitting in the garage gathering dust for the last month or so, not even posted on here as i wanted to take my mind off biking :'(

Well i have now decided to try and get out on the bike, 1st trip is down to Paignton for the BMAD biker festival this weekend...never been and want to give it a try. Has anyone done it or is anyone going this weekend?

Hope everything goes ok for you on the bike, I hate being unable to ride for any reason.

Well i am going to test the water this afternoon, then hopefully i will be out proper at the weekend :)

back injuries are the worst mate...........trust me........i know

take it easy mate and see how you feel after todays ride

B1's aren't exactly the most comfortable of bikes are they!
