Nokes passed her test on Thursday and is now loose on Wiltshires roads!

She managed to fall off doing a U turn in the morning and still passed in the afternoon, not bad!

I couldn't go my u-turn (tried about 15 times) before my test but managed it in the actual test hehe

I was very chuffed to get my knee down on a practise u-turn - just a shame it was followed by the rest of me and my bike on top!! Examiner was in a car which felt a bit strange but i gave him a big kiss when he passed me!!

What do you reckon did it.. the knee down or kissing the instructor lol ;D... Luck girl I can't do either of those. 8-)

He didn't look very impressed - not surprising really - very hot day and nerves - I've definitely smelt better!!

U- turns were really easy when I had my Hornet.

Got to admit since been riding sports bikes just can't do a Uee... Plastics more expensive than plasters Lol! 8-)

Had a lovely ride home from work in Mere on Sunday morning - early so no-one around! Got to have a little play and see what bike can do! More than my nerves it seems at present! 80mph was enough!! ;D

Off peak times are the best times to ride. Don't be fooled into thinking you need to go quick, speed is immaterial as long as you are having fun. I'm happy to cruise myself but if speed is your thing, go for it. ;)

Can I be crass? Where did you get it done and how much did it cost?

Motag in Salisbury - was £485 for 4 days (1 day 125cc, 3 days (including test day) on my own 500cc) - instructor was very good but generally works in Poole or Dorchester area - can give you number if interested. They were recommended to me. Did my CBT with Phoenix Training in Amesbury - but hated instructor so changed to Motag. They are based in Hayballs in Salisbury.
