Off to sunny Italy!!

................well...............not me unfortunately...........but my alpinestars suit is 8-)

Noticed the other week that there was a couple of patches on my suit where the colouring was coming off the leather. Coupled with this, the threading on the right arm zip area was also coming away. :-/

Not what I would expect from Alpinestars, especially as I only bought it in January and it hasn't been used that much either.

Off went an email to demon tweeks this morning (who i bought it from), and 2 hours later got an email back saying that alpinestars wants the suit shipped over to Italy so they can have a look at it and repair/replace it.

Kind of leaves me a bit stuck as I've only got the one suit, and i need it for this weekend as i'm doing a trackday at Donington, so next Monday off it goes.

for how long i don't know. hopefully not that long anyway.

anyone got any spare leathers they want to lend me? No pink velvet suits from Mac though thanks ;)

Depending your size & height, in my cupboard I have some hardly worn leather bottoms.

(Men's ones before you say anything - and they're all black - so no horrible colours!)

It says they're a 32, and to me they just look like 'regular' leg.

Hey at least you stayed on this time! You got any other pictures of your trackday fairing then? That's a good picture you've got there of your knee slider touching the tarmac! :)

had problems with the tailpiece undertray so just kept the road one on

waiting for loads more pics of the ninjafest to be uploaded (around 3000!! :o), but here's one i found amongst the ones that have already been done.
