I have a few old tar spots and bits of crap burnt onto my chrome pipes >:( , any suggestions how to remove them? I have tried auto glym tar spot remover and their metal polish but they won't touch 'em, they work great on things like forks that havn't got hot, I have tried chipping them off, that seems best but so tedious and boreing...Thanks.......Rod :(

The previous owner of my bike put the cover on when it was hot (how stupid), so I have burn't on cover on my exhaust! ;D

Thanks Jen, tried WD40, I always wipe all the chrome over with it, every now and again, as there is a lot of chrome on the Raptor

Reminds me of years ago, I stopped by a lot black rubbish sacks, one rolled of the pile and touched my pipe, never did get it all off :(....Rod
