:) What a crackin' morning, by 10 am the roads were drying and I got a good ride in for a couple of hours ;D by 15:00 things had changed, it was cold and raining.
Anyone else manage to get a ride in for pleasure rather than the usual work etc. ?

Yep deffinatly got a good ride in today! 6 am start down to Brands Hatch done a track day and back total 350 odd miles! Even better I won the track day in a competition!

Got a bit of [police attention on the way but he just flashed the sign to 'slow' and away he went not bad as was well in the triple figures

I went for a gentle spin too ;) Gorgeous weather. Went down across the plain & back, no rain for me but some damp on the roads in places on the southern end of my loop round. Quite a few bikes about too. 8-)

Well, it's been a few years since I seen one but lordy, the costumes were lush lol ... fireman, amercian navy, american cop and a boring one, Bond. Two of them performed and one I noticed had a Suzuki jacket on as they were inspecting the stage early on. So at the interval when they were posing for pics, I managed to tap him politely on the shoulder and said 'so I assume it's a gsxr you ride?' He looked a tad blank for a mili-second before nodding yes and moving on. I think he was a pretend biker and my mate thought he was a liar ;D And he crooked teeth.

Never mind the costumes... :P

Sadly there are a lot of pretend bikers out there... :( Just got to sort the wheat from the chaff.. ::)

Blimey, that sounds like I go to watch male strippers on a regular basis :o No, I would have spotted Matty Corbett a mile off ;D Anyway, they so obviously loved the sunbed I thought that was a bit of a turn-off, until they went full monty anyway :o

Besides, he may have really rode a gixer, I don't know ... he was meant to be impressed someone spotted a bike connection but he wasn't!
