Anyone tried any bar risers? I am looking at trying to raise a set of clip-ons on the CB1-400 for additional comfort but am not sure if there is anything out there. Suggestions would be helpful.
bar risers are great for comfort just check before u fit if u need longer throttle cables, brake hoses etc

I had a pair of Genmar risers on my Honda VFR 800 that didn't need any modifications and took minutes to fit. They were great, especially when travelling any distance. I rode down to the south of Spain no problem. I bought them for £70 off the VFR Forum and sold them for the same price on eBay over a year later.
If you want anything higher there are several companies that will sell you a new top yoke with fittings for standard bars. But they tend to be very expensive - £200 - 300 +

Just found the advert for the replacement top yoke set-up. Take a look at the Comfort Kits.

Hope this helps
Goggo, I'm surprised someone as tall as you would need risers!

Sounds like a good idea. The new people in the shop don't seem to bad. I bought a 'Mexican' pastie the other day - had chilli-con-carne in it. Very tasty.
How about this week some time, to celebrate Christmas?
