I need some new boots so the hunt starts now :) Ideally I want waterproof sports boots so I don't need to worry about having 2 pairs.

So far I like thelook of the oxtar ss performance ones

has anyone got any recommendations? My budget is up to around £150, but if I could pay less that'd be good as insurance is due this month and I need 2 new tyres...plus car tax is due! Does anyone know of any good sales?

I used to wear Sidi's before I went to AStar.......The Supetechs made the Sidi's feel like slippers!! :o

Do you two want a kicking from my exceedingly comfortable new boots? >:(

but then, I wouldn't want to damage them! :P

And no jokes about the size of my feet, just 'cos I'm unlikely to blow over in a wind! :-/

I have a pair of Oxtars. They are 100% waterproof and the most comfortable boots I've ever owned. Bought them from Riders in Bristol about a year ago after the 'waterproof' Vendramini's I bought from them started to leak like a thing with holes in it for draining veg! :-?

Anyway, they changed the boots over without a quibble, so the service was good too. :)

Ohhhh I like them ... maybe even able to touch the floor properly on me bike :D

I want some white ones, size 3 or 4 here :-[ Got HG's size3 at the mo but want some armour type ones, if you know what I mean. Was debating whether they'll have anything decent at this 'new' Ally Pally show ...
