Was wet snow down here in Trowbridge and only lasted a couple of hours. I saw a guy out while I was walking in this morning and he was doing ok, just taking it steady.

I used the car today. My MD and I have the furthest to travel, and a fair chunk of rural roads.... guess who are the only one's who made it to the office!?! ::) The local people all claimed it was too bad and they didn't even bother.... boss has informed them that they are to take it as a days holiday! ;D

Another guy i work with refuses to ride unless it's perfect conditions i might take that stance tomorrow for a nice long weekend. That or my knees is Buggered from falling off today ;p
Moved 2 meters when i picked a friend up and the bike just flopped over right onto my leg :-[

I took the car to work(yestereday) but been riding the bike upto then.Saw one biker 5 cars in front but got to Double roundabout near MOD at Neston and he came off .I stopped and helped him up with the bike then gave him lift to work as roads were to bad there for him to carry on
Not one other car driver stopped to help us !! Grrrrrrr!

Rode to Swindon and back today on the girlfriend’s bandit 600, the carbs were icing up down the motorway. Plus I was only wearing jeans and jacket, so ended up going to George Whites and purchasing some Frank Thomas textile jeans and jacket, I had a nice warm ride home on the main roads to keep the speed down so the carbs would not ice up.

I knew I should have taken the train ::)

mate of mine got from Oakhurst in swindon to hungerford going down the aldbourne road for all who know it. he only fell off 3 times, with minimal damage being a snapped gear lever. said it was an emergency journey, something to do with a Blow jab! (flu maybe).
