...to learn new stuff. Like 'Bikes run better with petrol in'.

Some twerp (which may or may not have been me...) left my bike on 'Reserve', so when it started going 'chug chug chug' up the Devizes road the smile died pretty quickly as I realised I didn't have the reserve tank left after all.

So I can now vouch for the hill being really steep to puch a bike up, and a big 'Poo to the lot of you!' to all the bikes who just rode straight past without offering to help. I was astounded. So much for camaraderie among bikers, rotten buggers. :(

Anyway, a huge thank you to the couple on the Harley who did stop and were very lovely. You are true knights of the road and I thank you... :)
