Anyone know somewhere cheap and quick to get numberplates made up? Need to get my private plate made up for the bike asap so I can ride it!

Try these guys; http://www.mal.biz/

I've used them twice and found them good quality and very quick and cheap for what you get. Last one I got was a bendy small plate for my DR350, phoned them up (I think I called rather than online) and the plate was on the doormat the next day!

Hope that helps.

You will need to take your log book with you, as law is strict on that now i should phone them first in case you need to take anything else aswell

I got a number plate made up at Halfords in Trowbridge, needed proof of ownership and photo ID. Cost me £15, they did it there and then, also, if you are in the Melksham area, there is a motor Factors on the Bowerhill trading Estate that does them for a fiver, got one 2 weeks ago, same detail applies as for ownership and photo ID

Its probably a bit late, but for anyone else who wants plates made up, its virtually impossible to walk in off the street as they all need your log book and can only do legal size etc

I ordered online, http://www.demonplates.com/platebuilder.php?plateStyle=motorcycle provided excellent service and fast delivery. we ordered a legal number plate for the trailer too and the fixing kit was excellent!
