hi all im bummed out cos i cant get out on me CBR cos iv got me leg in plaster due to a dislocated knee and its getting me down wot with all the sun and all any body want to cheer me up lol >:(

i find spending copious amounts of money on bike bling that i don't really need helps to ease the pain an bit (that and co-codamol ;) )

You have my sympathy, I dislocated a shoulder a few years back and that hurt, I hate to think of the pain from a dislocated knee
