All i can say is, its HUUUUUUUUUGE!! and I like BIG bikes. Now before anyone starts about it not being a fast sporty bike, I would like to draw your attention to this video,

Thats a Rocket III vs 1300 Busa, from a standing start, not bad for a cruiser eh!
Aparently the cornering and overall handling are great for a bike of its size and style.
BUT
The best bit is..............................
It has a 2.3 ltr engine :o
As standard its restricted in first and second gears, it can be de-restricted, because of the amount of power it produces, and has a restriced top speed of 140, although I am informed if you de-restrict it, it will beat a busa all the way, even on top end.
All I need now is £13k and its MINE!
did I mention its HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE?
AND
you CAN wheelie it!

What is it they say about penis & engine displacement... reverse proportional sizes! You must go from Dyno-rod to little rod in how many seconds.....! :o
(P_E_N_I_S comes out as "thingy"! Who chooses the replacement words!!! F*cking Political correctness!!!!) Its a F*cking ;D

So thats why you where trying to convince me that your peugot had a 5.6 ltr V8!!!!!
Look on the brightside, at least its not long enough to get in the way of your STEERING wheel, in your CAR!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
the rocket 3 is an amazing bike - bloody heavy and sounds like a wet fart with the standard pipes, but with triumph race cans or aftermarket pipes it has the noise to go with the looks. gorgeous bike...
Great bike just a shame on the size of the damn thing
the size makes it quite imposing though. Would be a bit heavy for me unfortunately!
what can I say, I like big bikes! and this is HUUUUUUUGGGGGEEEEEEEE, no more booting car drivers on phones, this baby can carry a large AXE!!!! maybe even the angle grinder!!!! oh yes, death and destruction on a mobile level!
road rage is for amateurs, I passed through rage when that astra nearly took me out, and I had to boot it, gone right through rage, out the other side and well into the cool clear waters of total Psychosis!!!
well.....
at least when morons in cars get to close due to not paying attention, either becuase tehy are on the phone or just plain thick, and blind!
I took one of the 'standard' ones out when they first came out from Taylors in Chippenham. Rocket in the morning & MT-01 in the afternoon from Pheonix.
Yep the Rocket's great, even awesome on the straight bits but a bit like a super tanker around corners. It is bloody heavy, but then so am I.
My wife preferes the MT-01 (Rocket to much like a Harley).
Cheers
Kev
